Homelessness Services

We give people in a housing crisis a supported pathway out of homelessness. Launch Housing offers Melbournians emergency shelter, crisis accommodation, specialist supports, and rough sleeping services so those at risk can secure a safe home.

To access our services your first step is to go to a Launch Housing office (access point) at Cheltenham, Collingwood, St Kilda.

At a homelessness access point you will be given an assessment, housing information and accommodation assistance.

Crisis Accommodation

We aim to give those in crisis a sustainable, supported pathway out of homelessness. Thousands of Victorians experience homelessness and need emergency housing, care and support to find a safe, secure place to call home.

Rough Sleepers

Launch Housing’s Rough Sleepers Initiative (RSI) provides assertive outreach to help care for rough sleepers in Melbourne CBD, and the Cities of Port Phillip, Stonnington, Frankston and Dandenong.

Support for Youth

Launch Housing’s youth support services include intensive case management, emergency shelter, crisis accommodation, transitional and social housing and private rental supports.

Support for Families

We aim to give families a pathway out of homelessness. Thousands of Victorians are without shelter or housing on any given night.

Children’s Specialist Services

The Children’s Specialist Support Service (CSSS) is for children (0-12 yrs) affected by family violence and homelessness.
