Launch Housing’s Private Rental support programs provide people at risk of, or experiencing homelessness with practical assistance to establish and maintain private rental tenancies. This includes information, advice, advocacy and in some cases financial assistance.
If you have been recently approved for a new tenancy and need help with your first month’s rent or if you are behind in your rent and need help to maintain your tenancy you can apply for assistance.
Launch Housing’s suite of private rental support programs include Private Rental Assistance Program (PRAP), Private Rental Assistance Program Plus (PRAP Plus) and Rental Stress Support Package (RSSP) and are funded by the Victorian Government.

If you are experiencing family violence, you can now apply for court protection. Use the Neighbourhood Justice Centre’s new online Family Violence Intervention Order application. It’s easy to use, safe, and password protect. Fill it in where and when it’s safest to do so.
